Scholarship Opportunities

It is very likely that you are going to need scholarship money to assist you in paying for your son or daughter's education. There are literally thousands of scholarship opportunities and hundreds of websites that are available for you to review to find the best scholarships. We have done extensive research and found the best sites and sources for you to research the most scholarship money for your son or daughter.

You should start your search by going to the Federal Government website (FAFSA) to fill out the form required to qualify for government aid. This website can be found at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. This is a free website and a great place to start!

Warning! Please be sure to go to the financial aid section of the website of any college you are applying to so you are sure you complete the forms that are required to qualify for scholarship money. You may find that the college requires that you fill out their forms as well as the application found on the FAFSA website.

The next site you should visit is www.finaid.org. This site has a very cool search tool that allows you to search for scholarships based upon information that you enter into the search tool. This is also a free website so it is worth your time to explore its capabilities!
